Full service discounts include ‘30 sale day discount’ – if the agent can save money on marketing due to a quick sale, saving are passed to the seller. Buyer Rebates are offered to any buyer who successfully purchase a property with any Orange Jigsaw ® Real Estate Mobile Agent – Sellers who become buyers receive an additional buyer’s rebate in recognition of the client loyalty. As Orange Jigsaw® Real Estate does not charge the Mobile Agents a desk fee, no revenue is made from the Mobile Agent if no purchase, sale, lease or management engagement has been made – this means that the Orange Jigsaw ® Real Estate Brokerage can hand pick agents and ensure a top quality fit for client needs.
