This service is INCLUDED with:
– List Assist – and – Full Service – listings. The fee will be waived if you decide to list with either of these listing services.
Agents have access to the entire Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to assist with their analysis. The analysis is completed in a number of ways:
1. Compare similar properties that have recently SOLD on MLS and determine how they match-up to similar ACTIVE and EXPIRED listings.
2. Amortize the percentage increase (or decrease) in equity in your property annually since purchase.
3. Compare same-street home prices for trend over time.
This listing comes with no agency representation and is posted on MLS for a minimum of 4 months (up to 5 months).

Clients who use our List Assist service or have already reached a verbal agreement to sell their home privately, but have not yet entered into a written contract.
A flat fee is charged for customers who require an executable contact. This service comes with no Agent Representation. A verbal agreement must have already been reached by both parties before we can proceed with this service as we cannot negotiate on each parties behalf.
TRUST FUND MANAGEMENT.
When selling a home, it is prudent to collect a deposit. If these are collected privately, the security of the deposit and it’s disposition could be at risk.
Orange Jigsaw Real Estate holds a Brokerage Trust Account to hold funds on behalf of our clients. This account is audited by the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) annually. The deposit will be held until required to be dispersed in accordance with the terms agreed by the buyer and seller, in the purchase contract.
We take great care to ensure that your listing is presented in a professional manner as soon as it is published online, with high quality photos, an enticing write-up with factual and complete information.
