Full Service
All of our Agents are classed as ‘Mobile Agents’ which means we do not operate from an office. This is the reason why we can keep the cost to the consumer low, and not charge Desk Fees to the Agent. There is a Head Office managed by a Broker who is required by law.
A 5% management fee is collected from the proceeds of commission for the management of the Brokerage and a further 5% fee is collected for brand marketing. The Agent can retain up to 90% of the commission for selling after a period of training and mentorship which will depend on experience and background.
Agents have the opportunity to mentor new agents to the team, who are remunerated according to the amount of mentorship required.
